Return Policy:
Please note the policy detailed below applies only to items ordered on The Toy Space Inc. website, for items purchased in-store please refer to the return policy detailed on your original receipt.
Items purchased online may be returned within 45 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges for a return item will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition and must be accompanied with the original receipt and packing slip in order to qualify for a refund. In your return package also include a detailed reason as to why the item is being returned. Returns from web orders will not be accepted at our physical store and should be shipped (shipping prepaid) to:

When the return is received, processed and determined to be in a resalable condition, a refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping) will be credited to the credit card used at time of purchase.

Damaged/Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that your products are defective or damaged at the time that you receive them please send an immediate email detailing the problem to orders@thetoyspace.com with "Damaged Item" in the subject line. A customer service representative will email you in a timely fashion to resolve the problem.
