Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:

The Toy Space Inc. is happy to offer shipping within Canada, the United States, and internationally. Canadian Shipments will be shipped by Canada Post. Customers can select either Canada Post Expedited Parcel Ground, or Canada Post Express Post. International shipments and shipments to the United States are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel US.

Shipping within Canada:

At the Toy Space Inc. we charge a flat rate for ground shipping based on location so long as the total weight of your package is below 20 pounds, with the exception of locations classified as "Remote Areas" (please see the Remote Areas section below). This way you are free to order larger quantities without worrying about hefty shipping rates!

If you would like to have your packages even faster take advantage of our affordable Express Post rates. For Express Post shipments, simply take our Standard Ground Rates and add 15% of the total cost of your order before taxes).

Canada Post designates some areas as being Remote Areas to which special shipping rates apply. Remote Areas include addresses with the following postal codes:

If you are shipping to one of the postal codes listed above, a customer service representative will contact you with the exact cost of shipping to your location. Your credit card will be charged pending your approval of the shipping quote.

Shipping to the United States:

Shipping to addresses in the United States is completed through Canada Post Expedited Parcel US. We are happy to provide a standard shipping rate for sales to the Continental United States for Expedited Parcel US so long as the total weight of your purchase is below 20 pounds. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will be determined based on actual shipping charges. If you reside in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, a customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote before any charges are made to your credit card.

Heavy or Oversized Items:

Items or orders that are deemed to be heavy, oversized, or bulky incur additional fees from shipping companies and as such cannot be offered at our Standard Rates for both the United States and Canada. Heavy items will be charged at the actual shipping rate as designated by the shipping company in question. If an order is found to exceed the 20 lbs allowance of our standard rate, you will be contacted prior to shipping in order to pay the difference between our standard rate and the actual shipping charges for that weight to your destination address.

International Shipments:

We do not at this time offer a standard international shipping rate. If you are ordering items to be shipped internationally, a customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will be completed pending the approval of that quote.
